Malvern Instruments has appointed Ulf Nobbmann to the new role of market specialist, biophysical characterisation.
Based at the company's headquarters in Malvern, UK, he will be responsible for supporting protein and proteomics sales of the company's Zetasizer Nano particle characterisation system.
Nobbmann has been a member of the Zetasizer Nano team since joining Malvern in 2003 and in his new role will continue the development and documentation of protein applications.
He has been instrumental in introducing the new proteins section of the Malvern Instruments website.
Nobbmann has several years experience in sales and customer support activities for dynamic light scattering products and holds a PhD in advanced optical measurement techniques, specialising in dynamic light scattering.
