Scott Brown has joined the company in the role of chief financial officer and will be responsible for its overall financial management.
Brown will also set financial goals across the company and ensure these are measured and reported as appropriate.
Latterly a principal for a consultancy firm specialising in implementation of strategic initiatives, Brown also previously spent five years as assistant director for ABN Amro corporate finance, working in both the UK and Hong Kong offices.
He brings a wealth of industry experience and financial knowledge gained from a career spanning 16 years, says Clinphone.
He will be working closely with the board of directors to coordinate, monitor and compile detailed, accurate and concise information regarding the company's operational activity, business opportunity and achievement against business targets.
