Brookfield announces the first deliveries of its digital LFRA texture analyser.
The device was developed by Brookfield Engineering Laboratories from the pioneering Boucher electronic gel tester and Metric Stevens models, which it says have become the international industrial standard for proven, accurate, reliable and cost effective measurement of the physical characteristics of foods and non-food products.
