Chromatin immunoprecipitation kit can be completed within four and a half hours, using a unique procedure and composition to investigate protein-DNA interaction
Epigentek has released its EpiQuik chromatin immunoprecipitation (chip) kit.
The EpiQuik chip kit uses a unique procedure and composition to investigate protein-DNA interaction, in vivo and efficiently.
The kit provides the fastest procedure on the market, says the company, and can be completed within four and a half hours - saving significant time and labour.
The kit also makes the assay flexible: manual or high throughput.
The EpiQuik chip kit has two types: one for general use and another for tissue chip.
Each type is in 24, 48, and 96 assay formats and has all the necessary buffers and reagents for a successful chip assay including negative and positive controls.
The EpiQuik chip kit is suitable for combining the specificity of immunoprecipitation with qualitative and quantitative PCR, MS-PCR, DNA sequencing, and Southern blots as well as DNA microarray, says the company.
