The comet assay is a method of assessing DNA damage, and is used for genotoxicity testing of candidate pharmaceuticals as well as other applications such as clinical diagnostics.
Comet Assay IV is Perceptive Instruments' interactive video-based software system that measures DNA damage detected using single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE).
