ClinPhone has established a new office in the southeastern USA in response to the rapidly growing demand for the company's services in the region
The growth has been driven by the addition of several new biopharmaceutical customers in the region, as well as increased business from current clients.
This new office will provide a closer, increased level of account management and support to all existing and potential clients in the southeast.
It is particularly well positioned to serve the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area in North Carolina, where there is a heavy concentration of pharmaceutical companies and clinical trial sponsors.
Sara Stroud, business development manager, will head the new office and will be responsible for ensuring that ClinPhone's expansion plans are executed effectively and that the company's strong presence in the electronic clinical trial management industry is maintained.
Stroud has been with ClinPhone for four years and previously served the company as business development manager for the US midwestern region.
Prior to joining ClinPhone's business development department she served as a clinical project manager based out of the company's Chicago office.
She holds a BS in biology and an MSPH in epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Howard Goldberg, global business development director, ClinPhone, comments: "ClinPhone has introduced this North Carolina office in direct response to the growing client demands in the southeastern United States.
"This significant investment will strengthen ClinPhone's presence in the region so that we can continue providing high quality service to our clients".
