Malvern Instruments has appointed John Martin to the new role of director of customer services.
He joins Malvern having spent more than ten years in customer service management with Applied Biosystems and brings a wealth of experience.
Martin will be responsible for all customer services and support activities globally for Malvern Instruments.
Welcoming him to this new position, Malvern's managing director Paul Walker said: "Malvern's world-leading position in particle characterisation and rheological measurements has been built not only on the quality and reputation of our instruments, but also on our high levels of customer service and support.
