Cukes are made to US Dept of Agriculture specifications for simple, fast, reliable, and inexpensive chemical cleanup procedure for the quantitation of aflatoxins in agricultural commodities
Aura Industries's Cukes are manufactured according to United States Department of Agriculture specifications and permit a simple, fast, reliable, and inexpensive chemical cleanup procedure for the quantitation of aflatoxins in major important agricultural commodities.
These commodities include corn meal, cottonseed, peanuts, almonds, English walnuts, Brazil nuts and pistachio nuts.
Cukes consist of a polypropylene syringe barrel filled with chemically modified silica gel.
For quantitation, the HPLC method with post column photochemical derivatization is recommended.
