The IK-TF cameras are a series of compact, 3 CCD, micro-prism cameras that offer excellent resolution and perfect colour reproduction.
The series has three analogue models that all share the same construction, as well as two digital models, all with a very compact housing measuring a mere 44x44x78mm.
There are three different resolutions ranging from VGA to XGA with frame rates up to 180fps making the range the ideal solution for medical applications in addition to any demanding vision applications where a high degree of colour accuracy is required.
All cameras of the IK-TF series have a serial RS232-interface allowing all camera settings such as white balance, colour temperatures and shading corrections to be controlled.
Additionally, all models are equipped with a membrane keypad for comfortable manual configuration plus an on-screen menu.
The IK-TU 6x series is a family of 3 CCD remote head cameras offering a range of different heads with 1/2inch or 1/3inch interlaced sensors that connect to the same camera control unit (CCU).
The compact size and light weight coupled with the high colour quality and colour correction functionality make these cameras the ideal solution for medical microscopy or broadcast applications.
Other application areas include any situation where limited installation space and high colour accuracy are required.
The camera control unit or CCU can process analogue camera signals as either composite video, Y/C signal or as RGB or YUV signals.
A digital output is also available as a 3x10 bit RGB signal using an LVDS interface.
All camera settings such as white balance, colour temperature or colour correction can be controlled via the RS232 interface, or the keypad and the on-screen menu.
Camera connection cable lengths from 3-30m between the CCU and the remote heads provide maximum flexibility.
