Exeter Analytical (UK), together with its sample analysis division - Warwick Analytical Services (WAS) have announced an extension of their ISO quality accreditation
Operating out of a modern central UK facility, the recently merged businesses have extended their ISO 9001-2000 accreditation to now also cover all service work.
Asked about the motivation to be quality accredited, Paul Hemming, European sales manager, stated: "traditionally delivering high quality data and services at a realistic price were the major desires of the majority of our customers.
"Increasingly, a growing percentage of customers also seek the reassurance that suppliers are accredited to, and operate under, strict quality standards'".
Warwick Analytical Service, the sample analysis division of Exeter Analytical, is dedicated to providing analytical excellence at a realistic cost.
Through experienced staff, the latest analytical instrumentation and working closely with clients, WAS says it has established a strong reputation for informed personal service and delivering top quality data on time.
To ensure consistent top quality results and service WAS conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 and ISO17025.
The scope of the ISO 17025 accreditation includes elemental analysis for carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulphur, chlorine, bromine, iodine and fluorine as well as 70+ elements via ICP analysis.
Exeter Analytical is a company dedicated to elemental analysis.
Through many years continuous investment in product development and listening to its customers the Exeter CE440 CHN/O/S elemental analyser, with its unique horizontal furnace design, is said to be widely viewed to be the most accurate and precise analyser available on the market today, with the broadest range of sample applications.
