Ruggedly constructed, the Thermobond is highly reliable providing even consistent sealing time after time.
With operator safety paramount the Thermobond has indicator lights above and below the heated plate to clearly indicate system status with top raised or lowered.
The Thermobond requires only one operation of the system to apply heat to the surface of the film, creating a fine melt with the coating of the plate/tube being sealed.
High sample integrity is maintained as no heat is transferred to the sample during sealing.
Once sealed by the Thermobond, sample containers will not leak or allow evaporation even under the most arduous of storage or transport conditions.
To access liquid samples after storage, the seal may be pierced and the sample simply removed with a pipette, alternatively a removal key can be used to peel back the foil for complete sample removal.
