RSSL Pharma Training has enhanced its laboratory training to address the fact that regulators in the pharmaceutical industry continue to focus on laboratories during inspections
One of the first courses to address this issue is the Stability course, which takes place on 28-29 September 2006.
This interactive and hands-on course focuses on the key regulatory requirements for the stability testing of medicinal products.
The aim of the course is to provide comprehensive information on the current industry requirements for stability testing, and topics covered include the current ICH storage conditions and testing guidelines, sample handling considerations, the use of stress testing and how to run and manage a stability testing programme.
According to Andrew Martin, head of RSSL Pharma Training: "Laboratory systems are one of the core systems that regulators look at as part of their cGMPs.
"It's vital that laboratories understand their responsibilities and play their part in ensuring that pharmaceutical companies remain cGMP compliant.
"This course, and others that we run for the laboratory sector, will help them to meet their obligations."
