Texture Analyser helps prevent problems on the fill line

Filling consumer containers is one of the major operations in most food plants that process liquid and semisolid food products. Various food materials, such as peanut butter and jam, are examples of everyday products that requie predictable flow behaviour in order for the fill process to work correctly.

Ametek Brookfield's Texture Analyser can simulate the extrusion process that is characteristic of fill line operations using the Extrusion Cell accessory. This confirms flow behaviour and minimises the potential for a problem on the fill line.
