Hellma has broadened its range of products that enable optical analysis - whether it‘s in spectroscopy, fluorescence, light scatter or other techniques.
The company’s quartz and glass products include macro to ultra-micro cells or cuvettes, at path lengths from 0.01mm to 100mm, while quartz microplates are inert, re-usable and offer a very high native transmission; suitable for samples with high absorbance levels.
For special ultra-low sample volume applications, Hellma offers the TrayCell, that can be used in almost all conventional spectrophotometers; requiring volumes from just 0.7 to 10 microlitres and with precise and stable path lengths from 0.1, to 2mm. The TrayCell can be used from 190 to 1,100nm so is suitable for DNA/RNA, protein and other life-science measurements, as well as applications that have limited or precious sample, or where use of expensive reagents needs to be reduced.
Hellma certified calibration standards enable the performance of spectrometers to be validated to EP and the latest USP requirements while being traceable to NIST reference standards. Glass and sealed liquid standards are available as complete sets or as any combination of filters for a specific requirement. A full re-certification service of all types of filters is also available.
Hellma's range of optical immersion probes enable spectroscopic and Raman measurements to be made directly in bulk containers, in the lab, in pilot plant and in-line/on-line as well.
