Biopharma Group will be sending an Avestin product specialist to Ireland in May to demonstrate the benefits of its Emulsiflex B15 homogeniser.
The demonstrations will be aimed at enabling users to make the use of the B15 across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemicals industries. It is suitable for applications including cell lysis, particle size reduction, nanoparticles, emulsions (emulsification), liposome preparation, protein purification and separation.
The Emulsiflex series is designed to offer reliable, consistent processing at adjustable pressures of up to 45,000 psi, Both air-powered and electrically-powered systems are available, and options include filter/extruder attachments, temperature control mechanisms and automatic pressure control.
