Biode has introduced a 4-20 mA signal transmitter output option of it is ViSmart viscosity sensor for plug-n-play applications
The ViSmart with the 4-20mA signal transmitter output option provides the customer with the ability to attach the ViSmart viscosity sensor to any host control platform via the and instantaneously start acquiring viscosity and temperature data.
The 4-20mA option converts any desired measurement parameter from any attached sensor within a specified value range to 4-20mA linearly.
Additionally, four output channels are allowed for individual user configuration for parameter and value range.
The 4-20mA option is offered with the eCup and ViscNet product platforms.
The Biode ViSmart is a solid-state sensor without any moving parts, unaffected by vibration or flow conditions and does not need field calibration.
The ViSmart integrates to the eCup handheld reader or the ViscNet control hub to provide a continuous audit trail for process monitoring markets.
