Hamburg, September 2025 – Eppendorf has launched the VisioNize® box 2, a next-generation hardware solution designed to boost efficiency, safety, and flexibility in laboratories.
The compact unit acts as a central hub, enabling labs to digitally connect and monitor equipment such as freezers, incubators, shakers, and centrifuges. Integrated with the cloud-based VisioNize Lab Suite, it allows remote device management, centralized data recording, and instant alert notifications.
The VisioNize box 2 supports up to four Eppendorf devices and integrates with VisioNize sense sensors to connect third-party temperature-controlled equipment and track environmental conditions like temperature and humidity. This enables easy retrofitting of both Eppendorf and non-Eppendorf devices, supporting laboratories in their digital transformation.
Alongside the new hardware, Eppendorf has also rolled out an updated version of the VisioNize Lab Suite, offering an improved user experience and enhanced platform stability.
