The dot-red ranges of hollow cathode lamps clearly offer customers a viable, value for money alternative to those available from either OEM suppliers and mainstream manufacturers
Stratlab announces the launch of its own brand of hollow cathode lamps.
The dot-red brand of lamps consists of two ranges, the dot-red notus and the dot-red sol.
The premium range of dot-red notus lamps includes seventy single element lamps and an 'unrivalled' number of multi-element varieties.
The lamps are available in both 1,5 and 2inch types and can also be supplied to operate in all data coded equipment.
Lamps specifically designed to operate in the Smith-Hieftje background correction method are also available.
With the budget conscious laboratory in mind the company has launched the dot-red sol range.
This range is available in non-coded format for all 1.5inch and 2inch (Perkin Elmer) applications.
Prices start at £93.
Both ranges of lamps are manufactured using only premier quality materials and the highest purity elements available.
Standard lamp types are normally available from stock, however lamps required with a custom gas-fill or window material can be built to order.
The lamps are built in an ISO 9001 environment and come with the back-up of a comprehensive guarantee.
Stratlab says it plans to introduce further dot-red ranges in future including deuterium lamps for use in popular HPLC detectors and UV/vis spectrophotometers soon.
