Powerful resource enables life scientists and analysts to share best practices, collaborate more easily and work more efficiently by leveraging knowledge found in the global scientific community
InforSense, a provider of integrative analytics, has announced the availability of its online Customer Hub.
This new, powerful resource enables life scientists and analysts to share best practices, collaborate more easily and work more efficiently by being able to leverage knowledge found in the global scientific community.
The Customer Hub covers a wide spectrum of applications and related knowledge across the entire research and development process.
"The InforSense Customer Hub provides us with a critical source of knowledge and support.
"Being able to access ready-to-use applications and the tutorials and templates allows our scientists and analysts to quickly create very useful applications, " said Peter van der Spek, head of department of bioinformatics, Erasmus University Medical Centre.
"This is exactly what we have needed to enable our scientists and clinicians to integrate biobank-related data to make the best use of our resources through InforSense KDE".
"Our customers have worked closely with us in prioritising areas where workflow technology helps them to be more effective, and developing a forum like the Customer Hub where they can share ideas, workflows and collaborate with other InforSense customers and the broader scientific community," said Yike Guo, founder and CEO of InforSense.
"We are pleased to be able to launch the Customer Hub with such an extensive amount of useful content.
"With the use of InforSense KDE and its associated extensions, the Customer Hub provides more than 100 applications and tutorials available now for download and use by scientists and informaticians," said Jonathan Sheldon, chief science officer of InforSense.
"The InforSense Customer Hub represents a powerful collection of workflows templates that span the entire drug discovery research and development process.
"These templates can be modified by customers to jump-start their rapid application development efforts and deliver critical solutions, which will enhance R+D productivity".
The InforSense Customer Hub provides an environment where scientists and anyone focusing on data analysis and management, can access applications that help them improve their productivity.
The Customer Hub main repository, the Application Workflow Center, contains fully detailed, complex workflows and end-user oriented applications, which solve particular problems.
The tutorials and templates section of the Customer Hub is geared towards new users providing building blocks, organized by application and type of plug-in, which can be used to start developing new workflows.
The FAQ section is dedicated to providing advanced information about all aspects of the KDE environment and its associated extensions.
Customers can also access examples of the advanced functions provided by the KDE SDK in the Developer Corner.
All the information on the Customer Hub can be easily downloaded for modification and re-use.
