The Revo Series is ideal for both protocol development in the laboratory and small scale production as a pilot freeze dryer.
Offering up to 10 square feet of shelf area and 30 litres of condensing capacity with a condensing rate of 20 litres in 24 hours, the Revo Series can meet demanding needs.
As a standard feature, the Revo Series is provided with Millrock's new Opti-Dry control system.
The operating program includes programmable freeze drying, self-testing functions, high speed numeric and graphic data collection, full maintenance mode and many other features that others offer only as options.
For optimised protocol performance, Opti-Dry can be expanded to Opti-Dry Pro, which determines the end of primary drying and automatically advances the program using four different methods.
These methods include product temperature, pressure differential, dew point and pressure rise testing.
All Millrock freeze dryers can be supplied with full validation documentation and workbooks for IQ/OQ.
The REVO Series comes complete with PLC controls and a PC for programming and data collection.
