EndNote X1 provides time-saving enhancements that are tailored to how researchers work today.
A Quick Search function is included in the default Mac toolbar, and EndNote X1 uses the native Mac OS X spellchecker, providing a dictionary converter to easily convert custom dictionaries from earlier versions of EndNote.
Users can now view all authors for a reference in the main list display, and organise up to 45 files-PDFs, graphics, PowerPoints and more-per reference using the 'file attachment' field.
Custom reference types can be exported and imported between computers easily, so users can transfer their personal settings between computers.
