The seminars are aimed at anyone with an interest in atomic spectroscopy, and will introduce new and innovative techniques in sample preparation and introduction for ICP-OES and ICP-MS
Building on the success of previous events, QMX Laboratories, in partnership with Cetac Technologies, will again be hosting a series of free seminars at venues throughout the UK in May 2008 to highlight recent advances in sample preparation and introduction for ICP and ICP-MS.
Guest speakers from academia, government and commercial laboratories will also be present.
Registration is free but places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis and so interested persons are advised to register their interest as soon as possible.
The seminars will be held on Thursday, 15 May at the Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre (SUERC), Glasgow; Tuesday, 20 May at the University of Sheffield; and Thursday, 22 May at Royal Holloway, University of London.
A buffet lunch for all delegates will be provided, with the seminar scheduled to run from 10am to 3pm.
Full details will be provided after registration.
