Advanced statistical process analysis is now available in Europe thanks to a new agreement for Aitken Scientific to resell and support Comply's Skyline product.
Aitken Scientific has become the European reseller of Comply's process monitoring solution, Skyline.
Skyline is widely applicable to anyone who needs to ensure the quality of their manufacturing processes, and the statistical process control (SPC) information it provides will be of value in particular to customers focussed on GxP environments, such as the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
Skyline offers web-based access to collate and analyse process data from many different sources across a manufacturing process.
Statistical information and performance warnings can be derived from multiple machines, systems and environmental parameters, even across sites.
Skyline's extensive reporting capabilities, including process trends, stability and Certificate Of Analysis, and management overview allow traceable record keeping and provide an overarching view of the manufacturing process beyond the capabilities of a LIMS system.
Data from other controls systems, such as MES or PAT, can also be included to further enhance the monitoring detail.
James Stirling, business development manager at Aitken Scientific, stated: "Skyline is an ideal compliment to our existing services and products, and we're pleased that Aitken Scientific can extend new solutions to our customer base of biotech and pharmaceutical companies".
Comply, based in Israel, has developed and supplied Skyline to a number of blue chip companies, including Teva and Merck, as well as a number of smaller biotech companies.
Gai Anbar, CEO of Comply, says about the new agreement: "We are excited about working with Aitken Scientific to deliver Skyline to a wider audience."
