This year's ASMS features a record number of scientific posters utilising Proxeon's products - a further demonstration that the company's product portfolio is being used across the proteomic workflow
Major MS companies have also been quick to recognize the advantages of Proxeon products.
In the last few months, the company's Easy-nLCTM, a nanoscale chromatography system for LC-MS, has been selected by Bruker Daltoniks and Varian as the system of choice for several of their MS instruments (supplied under the names Easy-nLC and Varian 216-LC, respectively).
Further downstream in the proteomics workflow, Thermo Fisher Scientific has invested in Proxeon's ProteinCenter to be used together with their own data evaluation tools to streamline the evaluation and interpretation of proteomics data after MS analysis during product demonstrations at Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratories worldwide.
ProteinCenter provides an immediate insight into the biological relevance of protein lists generated by MS-based protein identification and validation.
Marten Winge, CEO, Proxeon, explained, "We are experiencing a rapidly increasing interest from the market place.
"Our products are being included in a growing number of scientific publications, leading MS suppliers are integrating our products with their most prestigious capital equipment offerings and Proxeon is strengthening its position in the proteomics community.
"The breadth of our product portfolio is a key factor for increasing our customer's productivity and reliability at every stage from sample preparation through to data interpretation."
