Agilent Technologies is to host a technical forum on mass spectrometry with Ruedi Aebersold at American Society for Mass Spectrometry meeting this month
Agilent Technologies will host a technical forum on mass spectrometry, kicking off its activities at the 2008 American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) annual conference.
The technology forum will be held Saturday 31 May, 5-9:30pm at the Hyatt Regency Denver.
Ruedi Aebersold will deliver the keynote address titled, "Quantitative proteomics and systems biology".
Aebersold is a professor of systems biology at the Institute for Molecular Systems Biology, ETH Zurich, and on the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Zurich.
Immediately following the keynote address, Agilent will offer two breakout sessions with thought leaders and industry experts presenting on two tracks: 'Omics' and 'Small Molecules.' Agilent will showcase several groundbreaking innovations at this year's ASMS conference, including a new LC/triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, Agilent's first GC/triple quadrupole mass spectrometer and Q-TOF hardware and software improvements.
