Sebia has announced the launch of Hydrasys 2, an automated agarose gel electrophoresis system.
Hydrasys 2, powered by Sebia's Phoresis software, features a new on-board scanner option that provides efficient quantification of completed gels following visual interpretation.
The system comes with easy-to-read, colour LCD touch screen for simple operation and offers walkaway automation, patented sample application methodologies and professional training and support.
Sebia said the launch of Hydrasys 2 demonstrated its continued commitment to advancing gel electrophoresis techniques for diagnostic testing in clinical biochecmistry, immunology and haematology laboratories.
