Genebio and Proxeon have signed an integration and distribution agreement for Genebio's Phenyx protein identification platform and Proxeon's Proteincenter data interpretation software.
Genebio's Phenyx will be integrated with Proxeon's Proteincenter to allow proteomics scientists to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analysing and interpreting mass spectrometry data.
The integration will be through direct links from Phenyx identifications to Proteincenter and specific Phenyx exports loaded into Proteincenter.
Proteincenter enables filtering, protein grouping and statistical bioinformatic analysis of single, combined or comparison proteomics search results.
Phenyx is Genebio's software platform for identifying and characterising proteins and peptides from mass spectrometry data.
The Phenyx platform meets the demands of high-throughput MS data analysis and dynamic results assessment.
