CLC Bio has launched major updates to all its software workbenches, including gene expression analyses.
In addition to a wide range of features and improvements within sequence analysis, CLC Bio's Main Workbench and Genomics Workbench now support a full workflow in the analysis of both digital and analogue gene expression, such as single-colour microarray gene expression.
Dr Anne-Mette K Hein, PhD, senior scientist at CLC Bio says: 'We support all steps in a microarray workflow, ensuring a streamlined pipeline to support research such as identifying differentially expressed genes, and following these through in downstream analysis.
