Microgen Bioproducts has launched a more rapid, readable and user-friendly Rota/Adenovirus dual dipstick immunochromatographic test.
The readability of the Rota/Adenovirus dual dipstick has been optimised through the widening of the test strip combined with clearer and more distinct test lines.
Improvements to the performance include a more rapid result - results can be seen in 5mins, rather than 10-15mins.
The increased readability and performance are complemented by the simplicity of the test as there is no need for centrifugation or filtration of the sample - diluent is added dropwise to the provided sample cup.
The Rota/Adenovirus dual dipstick is part of a range of products for the detection of Rotavirus and Adenovirus from Microgen Bioproducts.
The range includes an immunochromatographic dipstick, an enzyme-immunoassay and a rapid latex agglutination test for the detection of Rotavirus and Adenovirus from faecal samples.
