Labware, a provider of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and instrument interfacing software, plans to hold five week-long customer education conferences (CECs) throughout 2009.
The CEC format is intended to enable Labware customers to participate in continuing education and training on the Labware product and to network with their industry colleagues and Labware's product managers in order to share ideas and best practices about the use of Labware LIMS.
This year, Labware will host the conferences in: Weston, Florida; Bordeaux, France; Queensland, Australia; Durban, South Africa; and Manama, Bahrain.
The conferences will offer a range of training sessions and short courses, customer presentations on novel uses of the Labware LIMS software and knowledge transfer sessions focusing on upcoming product enhancements.
The Labware CEC meeting is open to all existing Labware customers and the company's business partners around the world.
Labware's CECs were formerly referred to as Labware User Meetings.
