Roche Applied Science has opened its Application Support Center (ASC) in Shanghai, China.
The centre will provide technical advice to researchers across the Asia Pacific region.
Customers will be offered hotline support for all Roche Applied Science products free of charge.
In the near future, the ASC will expand by opening lab facilities for customers' experiments and performing training and demos of Roche instruments.
