Z-Laser has introduced a range of advanced lasers with wavelengths of red, green, blue and infrared (IR) with output powers up to 200mW.
The lasers feature 5-30VDC operation, with voltage, spike and reverse polarity protection.
At any voltage within this range, the lasers can be modulated both analogue and digitally simultaneously, at frequencies of up to 20MHz.
This allows the laser intensity to be varied while also enabling the laser to be synchronised with a camera or other equipment.
Furthermore, the electronics feature a built-in microcontroller and serial interface facilitating the logging of temperature, operating hours, and so on.
Z-Laser said OEM's will appreciate the simple, external hand-focusing mechanism the lasers provides as well as the thread-mounted barrel for easy and versatile mounting.
Furthermore, the laser provides an LED laser operation and pre-failure indicator ensuring you are aware the laser is in operation and replacement lasers can be installed prior to the machinery equipment failing.
Rated at IP67, the laser is ideal for applications which require washing down of the equipment.
Additional accessories include precision mounts, brackets, and universal power supplies.
The Z M18-B was designed especially for industry and craft.
It can be used for projection tasks in harsh environment.
The Z M18-B is suited for a variety of applications: positioning; wood, metal and stone processing; textile, food and automotive industry; and medical science.
The Z M18-S and the Z M18-H were designed for vision, analysis, measurement and medical-science applications.
This laser combines the features of the B-version with a modulation capability.
Operating parameters can be supervised by an integrated micro-controller continuously.
The Z M18-S and the Z M18-H are products for high-end applications including: the vision industry; laboratory applications; medicine; engineering; and the automotive industry.
It features powers up to 200mW, with red, infrared and blue wavelengths available.
