The technical support division of Lancer offers a range of technical services including equipment maintenance, validation and testing.
The services are designed to meet current specialist requirements for decontamination and sterilisation equipment used within the HNS, independent healthcare, laboratory and pharmaceutical environments.
Lancer said the services are available for any make of equipment (large or small).
It added that the advantages of a blanket contract covering all areas of maintenance, validation and testing services include: one contract, one company responsible for all; transferring the risk and worry; better planning, less downtime; less paperwork; reduced on-site headcount; consistent high standard and quality control throughout; more efficient and cost-effective.
Lancer said its engineers have the necessary training and expertise to maintain and service non-Lancer products and the company has a dedicated validation team to meet the needs of labs, SSD, endoscope reprocessing units, public health and pharma in this respect.
Lancer added that its engineers are Qualified Test Persons and meet all relevant BS and ISO EN standards and HTM requirements for large and small sterilisers/autoclaves, instrument washer disinfectors, automated endoscope reprocessors, ultrasonic baths, RO and pure water installations, steam generators, dryers and more.
