Infracal TOG/TPH analysers from Wilks Enterprise are designed for on-site measurement of total oil and grease, total petroleum hydrocarbon, and fats, oil and grease concentration levels.
The analysers measure the total oil and grease (TOG), total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH), and fats, oil and grease (FOG) concentration levels in produced water on offshore platforms or wastewater in refineries or treatment facilities.
Typical analysis time is less than 15 minutes, including extraction, eliminating the need to wait for off-site lab results.
Infracal TOG/TPH models are available for use with a variety of extracting solvents such as hexane, pentane, Vertrel MCA, Freon, hydrocarbon-free grade of perchloroethylene, S-316 or AK-225.
Infracal analysers are portable (operable from a 12VDC power supply) and weigh less than 5lb.
They have a compact, rugged design with no moving parts that require alignment or adjustment.
The analysers are ideal for use on offshore oil platforms or in refineries or treatment facilities for monitoring wastewater effluents.
Pushbutton, user-friendly operation makes them easy to use with minimal training.
The analysers can read out in infrared absorption values or they can be calibrated to display concentrations directly in any desired format such as parts per million or milligram/kg.
A range of accessories, such as printer and carrying case increase the versatility and capabilities of the Infracal TOG/TPH analyser.
