Oxford Gene Technology (OGT) will showcase its products and services at the American Society of Human Genetics in Honolulu, Hawaii.
OGT will also showcase its solutions for disease and cytogenetics research on 22 October at a satellite meeting entitled 'From Disease to Cytogenetics Research - An Integrated CNV Analysis Platform from Oxford Gene Technology'.
In the meeting, Dr Jonathan Sebat, associate professor of human genetics at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, will review some of the challenges in cohort studies, while Dr David Ledbetter, professor of human genetics at Emory University School of Medicine, will elaborate on some of the considerations in taking aCGH to the clinic, including the ISCA Consortium and Public Database.
