The Association for Laboratory Automation (ALA) has enhanced its career-service amenities for Labautomation2010, to be held 23-27 January, Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, California.
ALA Career Connections is an automated and interactive employment programme that brings together online job-service programmes and a career centre at its annual conference and exhibition.
ALA Career Connections has been augmented for Labautomation2010 with the following features: online, pre-event appointment setting with two qualified on-site career counsellors; online resume and/or job posting; and private and discrete space for actual interviews, mock interviews and other related career-development meetings.
The ALA Career Connections website provides opportunities to browse job boards and network with recruiting professionals representing multiple industries such as drug discovery, agriculture, clinical diagnostics, food, forensics, security and energy and petrochemicals.
