Schott Nexterion microarray solutions has joined forces with Sartorius Stedim Biotech to launch a range of innovative nitrocellulose-coated protein microarray slides.
Protein microarrays are playing an increasing important role in proteomic research, as well as moving into the arenas of drug discovery and clinical diagnostics.
For many protein microarrays users the slide surface of choice is nitrocellulose due to its three-dimensional microporous structure.
To meet the needs of this rapidly expanding market, a range of Nexterion NC slides from Schott will be available from October 2007.
