Peqlab is offering Polyplus's Jetprime - a reagent suitable for fridges capable of both DNA and siRNA transfection - and Interferin, the high technology reagent for siRNA studies.
With custom manufactured non-lipid molecules, transfection reagents from Polyplus produce more results with less reagent, for healthier cells, quicker protocols and considerable cost savings.
Jetprime is an ideal replacement for Lipofectamine 2000.
It is a single, non-lipid hi-tech reagent for both DNA and siRNA transfection.
It provides: efficient gene silencing with Hela cells - 10m siRNA 90 per cent inhibition of gene expression; better cell viability/less toxicity than Lipofectamine 2000 reagent; and up to three times more transfections per tube compared with Lipofectamine 2000.
Interferin is a next-generation siRNA transfection reagent that provides more than 90 per cent silencing efficiency at 1nM siRNA in a large variety of cells.
It is a high-tech molecule, just for siRNA work.
Interferin provides: less cross-talk, with performance at just 1nM siRNA concentration; efficiency in many cell types - gene silencing of more than 90 per cent in a wide variety of cells; and lower toxicity.
Also available is Jetpei for high-throughput screening applications and in-vivo Jetpei for DNA and siRNA delivery.
Peqlab has also introduced an evaluation programme with money-back vouchers to allow researchers to trial these products.
