The University of Strathclyde in conjunction with Gilden Photonics will soon be launching the UK's first Hyperspectral Imaging Centre of Excellence.
As a prelude to this event, the University of Strathclyde has announced its first Hyperspectral Imaging Conference at the university on 13-14 April 2010.
The course will cover: how the technology works; what the limitations are and how HSI crosses the technology spectrum.
Keynotes, tutorials and sessions will discuss: colour inspection and sorting; forensics; recycling; chemical imaging; process-analytical technology (PAT) and pharmaceutical.
