Spectralworks has supplied its Analyzerpro software to the David H Murdock Research Institute (DHMRI).
Located at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolic, NC, DHMRI uses a high-performance computing environment for the analysis of large metabolomics datasets.
'The inclusion of this software platform in our metabolomic workflow allows us to rapidly integrate data from our various instrumentation platforms both inside and outside the core,' said Amr Ragab, manager of DHMRI's Metabolomics Laboratory.
Analyzerpro has already been used for the unbiased detection and identification of metabolites in MS data at the institute.
