A new orbital motion tray is available for use with UVP's hybridisation ovens to provide continuous movement for the thorough mixing of samples.
The tray, which measures 10in (25cm) in width by 6.5in in diameter, features a 30rev/min rotation speed at a 2deg angle.
UVP's HB-1000 Hybridizer, HL-2000 Hybrilinker and HM-4000 Multidizer hybridisation ovens supply accurate temperature output for the hybridisation of northern, southern and western blots.
The precision heating range is ambient 10C to 99.9C.
Each system includes a carousel that accommodates multiple bottle sizes (20 lots of 35 x 150mm bottles or 10 lots of 35 x 300mm bottles or a combination of both) as well as offset bottle positioning.
The carousel rotates at selectable speed settings for the even distribution of solutions on the membranes.
The accessory tray is interchangeable with the carousel in the hybridisation ovens to permit the placement of different types of vessels.
The tray plugs into the chamber interior.
For the use of the tray outside the oven, additional external tray configurations are available.
