Craic Technologies has introduced its Universal C-mount Adapter (UCA) for microscope cameras and spectrophotometers.
The Universal C-mount Adapter is designed to allow a camera or a spectrophotometer, such as the QDI 302 from Craic, to be parfocal and parcentral with the eyepieces on the microscope.
This adapter is universal as it can mount on the open photoports of many microscope brands.
It features X, Y and Z adjustment, a range of photoport flanges and is said to allow high-quality images to be gathered quickly.
