Hamilton has introduced the pHeasy ARC Sensor, an advanced technology tool for accurate process pH measurement without recalibration.
The sensor incorporates a Chekref device that provides feedback on the accuracy of the pH measurement, delivers an alert when an electrode needs replacing, monitors chloride loss and detects reference poisons.
Users can set inaccuracy limits for warnings and alarms based on the status of the sensor quality, including glass resistance, reference resistance and the Checkref potential.
As part of the ARC Sensor range, pHeasy also features direct communication with the process-logic controller (PLC) without transmitters, enabling fast delivery of the feedback measurements for timely adjustments through a 4-20mA or digital signal.
With pHeasy ARC Sensors, one calibration at the start of the operation is sufficient.
The ongoing accuracy monitoring extends service intervals and increases the reliability of pH measurement.
