Qiagen, in co-operation in Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, is launching the Easyxpress NMR Protein Synthesis Kits for bench-top cell-free production of proteins labelled with stable isotopes.
Both companies are exclusively distributing the kits, which deliver up to 10mg of protein in a matter of hours.
The incorporation of isotopically labelled amino acids (provided from Cambridge Isotope Laboratories) is done easily and in small reaction volumes, saving costs and facilitating structural analyses of proteins using NMR and quantitation using mass spectrometry.
