The x40 concentrate is designed to simplify the preparation of clean, consistent ammonium formate buffer and users can simply dilute with water and use directly for elution gradients for glycan HPLC.
Ludgersep N1 HPLC columns have been optimised for drug glycoprofiling using this buffer but it can also be used with other HILIC HPLC columns for biopharmaceutical glycan analysis.
