Analytik has announced that it is to represent Deltanu, a specialist in palm-sized Raman spectrometers, in the UK and Ireland.
The Deltanu analysers - RapidID and Reporter - are compact and lightweight Raman spectrometers with a simple user interface and on-board library for field-based materials analysis.
RapidID was developed for industrial inspection in the medical devices, consumer products, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Reporter was developed for the detection of narcotics and explosives for customs, law enforcement and forensic applications.
The systems are said to be easy to use and offer rapid non-destructive characterisation.
