Roche Nimblegen has announced that Sao Paulo-based genomic services provider Helixxa has joined the Certified Service Provider (CSP) programme.
Helixxa has been certified to process customer samples for Nimblegen Gene Expression arrays in its laboratory.
The company is said to be the only genomics service provider in Latin America, as well as the only provider in the region that offers multiple Roche Applied Science products, including: 454 Genome Sequencer FLX; Magna Pure; Lightcycler; and Magna Lyser.
Helixxa is experienced in performing high-quality services for many different customer segments, which include academic and medical research, agri-business, and pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries.
