Priorclave has announced that it will be exhibiting examples from its range of laboratory autoclaves on stand 340 at the Arablab Exhibition.
The exhibit will feature three of its electrically heated models.
The PS/MID/C60 is a compact, 60-litre capacity, top-loading autoclave.
The PS/QCS/EH150 mid-range, 150-litre capacity, front-loader model.
This electrically heated model, along with many others in the range, has optional direct steam heating facility.
The latest, 95-litre capacity, model PS/OPL/V95 top-loader unit comes from the Opal range.
This entry-level range has been specifically designed to perform everyday laboratory autoclaving functions such as growth media preparation and laboratory waste sterilisation, cost effectively, for the smaller laboratory.
Autoclaves in the Opal range feature automatic free steaming, a thermal safety lock and are managed by a slimmed down version of Priorclave's tried and tested Tactrol microprocessor control system.
They will operate up to 126C - 1.4 bar.
All models from the standard range feature the Biocote anti-microbial coating, which is effective against microbial growth on working surfaces and a valuable second line of defence in the fight against cross-infection in the laboratory.
These autoclaves can render micro-organisms harmless even when turned off.
