Opti-Dry Auto is a freeze-drying optimisation package that generates a base line protocol based upon user input of product information, then automatically adjusts temperature to minimise process time.
Once the base line protocol is established, the freeze dryer automatically adjusts the shelf temperature to minimise the freeze-drying time while keeping the product below its critical temperature.
It automatically detects the end of primary drying and advances to secondary drying.
Either a conservative or an aggressive profile can be chosen to optimise the cycle.
A melting monitoring subsystem is available as well, to further enhance the process.
Opti-Dry Auto comes standard with batch summary reporting and one-year free software upgrades as more features become available.
