The TLC Image Reader is equipped with a camera, enabling chemists to simply run a TLC and set the TLC plate on the reader, after which it will give the accurate Rf value of the target compound.
This value, along with the selected TLC solvent mixture ratio, is automatically fed to the patented gradient LC method-development software.
An optimum Rf Gradient method is developed automatically to elute the target compound at the four-column volume position.
Hence, minimal solvent use and waste disposal is achieved.
